Refund Policy

Refunds :

Thank you for shopping with us. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff/Courses we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products/courses.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at our company. We’ll be as brief as our Refund Laws will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase from us, you agree to the terms along with our Privacy Policy.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with any good or service that we provide, don’t hesitate to contact us and we will discuss any of the issues you are going through with our product. 

 

If the content you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 24 Hours of your purchase of the content, that SuccessWell apply a Update/ReEnroll in a new course to your account. We do not offer a refund but if you have enrolled in wrong course then we provide a chance to our students to re Enroll/ Re update the Course but refund option does not apply to Courses/Academic/Subscription Plan purchases. We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment service providers, the platform from which you purchased your content (website, mobile or App), and other factors. No Reupdate/Re Enroll is available due to you if you request it after the 24 Hours guarantee time limit has passed. However, if the content you previously purchased is disabled for legal or policy reasons, you are entitled to a refund beyond this 24 Hours limit. SuccessWell also reserves the right to refund students beyond the 24 Hours limit in cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud.

To request a update/Re Enroll, follow the steps here. As detailed in the SuccessWell Terms, SuccessWell/We agree that students have the right to receive these Re update/Re Enroll.

If we decide to issue refund credits to your account, they will be automatically applied towards your next content purchase on our website, but can’t be used for purchases in our mobile or TV applications. Refund credits may expire if not used within the specified period and have no cash value, in each case unless otherwise required by applicable law.

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion of the content that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded the content, we reserve the right to deny your refund, restrict you from other future refunds, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to the content due to your violation of these Terms or our Trust & Safety Guidelines, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. We do not offer a refund but We value your needs thus we provide a Reupdate/ReEnroll option. where you can submit a ticket for your wrong purchase. Our Support team has the rights to determine if the Reupdate/ReEnroll is valid or acceptable.

Additional non-refundable/ReEnrolled items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable Course products.
  • Some course data that is downloaded after Enrollment in a course.

To complete your Reupdate/ Re Enroll, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
